These days we often read news about teachers who have beaten up students or molested students. The teachers, who once upon a time had a revered place in society, have been reduced to a subject of abuse. What is the reason for this? What is the relationship between the teachers and students in current times? This is what these researchers were keen to find out.

Challenges & Learnings: First and foremost issues that needed to be resolved by this group were whether to choose high school teachers or college teachers for this research. They opted for college teachers and then prepared the questionnaires. They interviewed many teachers and students to find out their opinions about this vital relationship. Their basic learning was related to their interviewing skills and analysis synthesis skills.

Conclusion: What they found out is that the relationship between the students and teachers is basically focused on study and it seems to have taken somewhat of a competitive format. End Product: This group produced a book of poems related to the subject.
