About the Subject:
This group of budding journalists documented the experience of women commuters in the local trains. They explored the dynamics of the strictly female space of the ladies compartment. Specifically, they delved into the apparently transient all-women universe.

Challenges & Learnings:
The study threw light on the existence of very strong interpersonal ties that develop among daily commuters. Through interviews, the group brought to focus the unstated yet enduring rules, and patterns of membership into these little communities.

Conclusion:
The study drew out the role that these groups play ranging from “safety valve” to that elusive platform for live musical talent displays for these women juggling the classic “working woman” challenges.

End Product:
The group prepares posters to display at the annual event.
