Sharing here some info about our event in sonawane college in kalyan….
Here we conducted one inter college level street play competition on HIV AIDS a idea behind it to understand the activities in kalyan area colleges and understand the impact of a culture in this college.
All the participants were a students of NSS. These students took decision that they wants to spread awareness in their college about HIV AIDS and they thought that Street play is god medium for spreading awareness in their college. In this event all NSS volunteers were present….same a Principle of the college and NSS coordinators was present there. We found that a NSS group of this college is very active in social activities. They always take part in awareness activities in their college as well as outside of their college. We got nice response from media too….some local media like Janmat warta were there to attend event and cover in press media

This students were interested in actings, dancing, singing, sports watching movies etc

This students presented their street plays as usual but good way. A students comes fron diverce backgrouds and different backgrounds that a mixing of culture and life stule found here.
What you are thinking about your carrier?
This students are very passionate about their career. And most of the people ahave already started doing somethings for their future. A paople those who wants to make career in sports, they are already participating in sports activities in their college. Students takes parts in many activites like singing, drawing, sports, social work and have also joined the career oriented courses classe. so we found that college and the services which are getting to students are somewhere supporting to develop their future.
What your parents & friends thinks about you and your college life ?
Parents are supportive and their expectations are so high. They want their child successful in any condition. They are also struggling for their childs to make them successful. Students are not just completing their college and education but are so serious about their future and takes parts in many extracurricular activities in their cillege as well in outside opportunitites.
What do you think about kalyan? Can u achieve something in your activity that u stays in this city?
According to this students a city is not too much developed but still basic services are available. But this opportunities are not fare enough for them that competition is increasing day by day. And it will increase continuesely in future too.
A students are not too much impacted by the cities culture and enviornment.
