When we started YAAR(our small social venture) and Research in pukar, we aims to provide a platform for such college students who lacks extracurricular activities in their college life. Because a youth in sub urban area like kalyan lacks many opportunity and platform which will help to develop their arts, skills and improve knowledge and overall they can develop themselves.
This event was too much important for us because we conducted first time a big event for rural area colleges. we conducted this event in Shivale college which come in rural area near kalyan and we got very nice response from them.
Eight colleges presented and participate in street play festival in which topic for street play was HIV-AIDS.
In this event and activities our aim was not just to provide them platform for their arts and creativity but also to understand the culture from rural area around kalyan and its impact on the lifestyle of youth.

This students was of arts and commerce faculty.
What are your hobbies?
This students were interested in actings, dancing, singing, sports watching movies etc
About a strret plays resented by them:
This people presented a street plays in diffferent manner where they also tryied to represesnt their culture and actual lifestyle in rural area. There was touch of local and rural language in their communication skills.
What you are thinking about your carrier?
They now just aims to complete their graduation which will be a good achievement for them. Boys will be doing jobs and not too much ambitious about career they feels like suceed already. Girls don’t know about their future too much that they will get married soon and spend a life in another turn.
What your parents & friends thinks about you and your college life ?
Parents are supportive and they feels proud if their childs are achieving success so they educates their child as they can but not have permission to girls to keep studying always that most of the girls can complete their education but can’t say about jobs and future activites.
What do you think about kalyan? Can u achieve something in your activity that u stays in this city?
Kalyan and a place where they stays is not too much developed are that they always lacks of the information and opportunitites. But slowly slowly conditions are becoming better. Very rare chances to do career in field that they realy wish to do.
